Your PRIVATE I.D.TM insert will look like this
The insert is 2 inches long and 1/2 inch high and can be cut on the center line or folded in half to make a 1 inch by 1/2 inch insert.
It is made of lead free, fire resistant and waterproof, non-toxic material.
The insert can be used as a sticker by peeling off the backing or you can use it as an insert backing and folding it on the center line provided. It is soft and flexible and can be rolled to put inside of pet tubes, lockets, i.d.bracelets, tags, badges or sewn under the labels on clothing. IT WILL HOLD UP TO THE WATER AND HEAT FROM A WASHER AND DRYER.
THESE ARE SOME GOOD REASONS FOR THEIR USE:
1. Dogs and cats get lost. Until Private ids came along pet owners had a choose of either and id tag or to have a micro chip insert implanted in their dogs tissue. Tags with your visible name and address and phone numbers can be photographed with cell phones of dishonest people while you or your unsuspecting child are walking your dog. Micro chip inserts have been known to cause deadly cancer cells at the insertion site. Private ids can only be read by the authorities.
2. Senior citizens with dementia do too.. Far too many older people every year are lost just making a routine trip to the grocery store or for that matter, just walking out into their own back yards for a breath of air. Some have health problems that require immediate attention and parish because that information was not available when they where found. Enough said!
3. Active people have accidents while alone. Sports enthusiasts who enjoy jogging or walking, bike riding, horse back riding, swimming etc. while alone and not able to carry wallets and purses, would benefit from concealing this insert in a water proof i.d.bracelet. If you happen to be a parent of one of these young "types", you will feel comforted know there is a backup id on them.
4. We know there are just times when accidents can happen when people are alone, when children can be separated from a parent or guardian and when their identities and health conditions should be available to the authorities only. This happens to thousands of children every year at amusement parks, summer camps, day care facilities and when new caregivers take over.
There are 38 states (and growing) in the USA at this time that use bar code scanners in all of their public safety departments and they are also used in hospitals and health care facilities. If you have a bar code on the reverse side of your Drivers License, the Police use a scanner to read it.
We double check each code after it is printed to make sure you are getting the correct I.D.
